- Did you watch Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke at a forum in Kansas City, Missouri? He presented a hard view of the economy today. The unemployment rate curve will continue climbing while other economic figures are improving.
- Do you know Israel is upset with the United States? Now, the two countries have very different political agenda.
- Did you hear something about the new agreement between Microsoft and Yahoo? The Windows' Father is very happy despite Yahoo continues as an independent company for now. Steve Ballmer, Microsoft's CEO, smiles again. Wall Street beat Yahoo's stock down, falling 18.08% a week.
- Did you read the new report from the U.S. Commerce Department about the GDP (Gross Domestic Product)?
- What do you know about Corazon Aquino? She died on Saturday at 76 in Manila, Philippines, after a battle with cancer. She really was more than a “Plain Housewife”.

Personally, I think the economy is again in the first stage. According to an article published by Wall Street Journal, the economist Sung Won Sohn, Smith School of Business and Economics, said: “Hopefully the bottom of the recession is here. The worst recession since the Great Depression is likely coming to an end.”

Personalmente, yo pienso que la economía está de nuevo en la primera escena. These two statements confirm we have two different books for the economy, the book of the wealthy people and the book of the poor people. Who would survive without a coin in his/her pocket if the companies are very busy cutting costs and heads and they don’t have time to see if at least they can pay some of their own debts to make easer life of the rest of humanity?

Estas dos afirmaciones confirman que tenemos dos libros diferentes de economía, el libro de la gente rica y el libro de la gente pobre. ¿Quiénes sobrevivirán sin una moneda en sus bolsillos si las compañías están muy ocupadas cortando costos y cabezas y no tienen tiempo de ver si al menos pueden pagar algo de sus propias deudas para hacerle más fácil la vida al resto de la humanidad?

The book of the wealthy people says: cut, cut, cut, cut, without seeing how many are dying at the edge of the road.
