On Sunday, July 25, the website WikiLeaks released thousands of U.S. military documents related to the war in Afghanistan, producing a lot of questions about the dual role of Pakistan in the war against terrorist groups.
El domingo, 25 de julio, el sitio de Internet WikiLeaks liberó miles de documentos militares de los Estados Unidos relativos a la guerra de Afganistán, produciendo muchos interrogantes acerca del rol doble de Pakistán en la guerra contra grupos terroristas.
On Tuesday, July 27, BP replaced CEO Tony Hayward for Bob Dubley, an American executive of the company directly involved in the cleanup of the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster.

During the last few days, the leaks of secret documents about the Afghan war and the immigration law from Arizona were two of the most important subjects at the top of the headlines for the papers and TV.
Durante los últimos días, las filtraciones de los documentos secretos acerca de la guerra afgana y la ley de inmigración de Arizona fueron dos de los temas más importantes en el tope de los titulares de los diarios y la televisión.
Both the release of secret military documents and the immigration issue have common points. They are issues against the institutions of the nation.
Ambos, la liberación de documentos secretos militares y el asunto de inmigración tienen puntos comunes. Ellos son cuestiones contra las instituciones de la nación.
By the way, all countries, in time of war, have military secrets. The arbitrary release of the secret documents could be considered an act of treachery because it makes easy the work of the intelligence corps of the enemy. At this time, the United States is suffering the death of a lot of members of its troops, in part for the leaking of this war information.

It is very painful in a nation like the United States built from the efforts of a lot of foreigners from different regions of the world who arrive in the country looking for freedom, justice and respect of the law.

Es muy doloroso en una nación como los Estados Unidos construida por los esfuerzos de muchos extranjeros de diferentes regiones del mundo quienes llegan al país buscando libertad, justicia y respecto de la ley.
John Adams, one of the Founding Fathers of the country and second president of the United States, said no person or group is above the law, all the people are governed by the same laws, and leaders and government must obey the law.
John Adams, uno de los Padres Fundadores del país y segundo presidente de los Estados Unidos, dijo que ninguna persona o grupo está por encima de la ley, toda la gente será gobernada por las mismas leyes, y lideres y gobierno deben obedecer a la ley.
In summary, both the leak of military secrets and the ignorance of the law for the benefit of a group of people who jump over the procedures established by the institutions are negative symptoms. Both shake the foundations of this nation historically considered as the model of constitutional democracy.
En resumen, ambos la filtración de secretos militares y la ignorancia de la ley para beneficio de un grupo de gente quienes saltan sobre los procedimientos establecidos por las instituciones son síntomas negativos. Ambos sacuden los cimientos de esta nación históricamente considerada como el modelo de la democracia constitucional.
